Welcome to the new-look FensVintage website. Fenland's Vintage Tractors, Engines, Events, and More!
Please browse the various categories which in turn lead to different pages within each category. Reports for current and previous years are shown for each event where available, as are the most recent picture galleries. Contact details for each event are shown in the header at the top of each index page. The Machinery pages show a potted history of the more popular makes of each, and the Collections pages include details and pictures of some of the larger public and private collections that we have visited over the last few years.
We hope you enjoy the new-look website and its content.

Farm Machinery
Barford
Barford (Agricultural) Limited made a range of small lightweight garden tractors at their works at Belton near Grantham, Lincs. in the post-war years. Their original Barford Atom machine was introduced in the late 1940s, when two-wheeled tractors were often used with a trailer to move materials around.

Lister
Perhaps the most-well known stationary engine brand, the firm of R.A. Lister was originally founded by Ashton Lister in 1867, and basically made anything required, but by 1900, the manufacture of cream separators, dairy & general agricultural equipment had established the firm.

Ransomes
As a result of the Ransomes page on the Fens Vintage website, we've been able to help a Canadian vintage enthusiast with some information regarding a Ransomes MG5/6 he currently owns. Wayne found our site whilst researching information on his tractor, which he bought from a farmer who couldn't get it running.
